INFORMATION COLLECTED
In order to provide the requested services, Experanos will process the following information in either electronic or paper format:

Personal data such as your name, surname, email address, occupation/job title, age/date of birth, gender, qualifications, nationality, address, phone number(s), and organization, as well as photographic and video material (with your consent) collected during Experanos-hosted events. Collected information regarding your visit to our website. This information cannot be used to identify you, but it is combined with other visit data to enhance our services.
Similar to other standard websites, we may store and collect information using cookies (a small amount of data sent through your browser). This information is used to provide functionality, such as enhancing website load times and storing data for auto-filling forms.

The data you provide will be used for purposes related to the management of Data Controller activities: provision of training courses, consulting activities, management of Mobility Projects, and to allow us to communicate with you and keep you up to date on the initiatives of Experanos and its affiliated companies.
Your personal information is processed specifically for the following purposes and legal bases:
a) With your permission, for the purposes of services, and in particular: event communications.
managing your administrative position (purchase of services, billing, collections, etc.); assisting us in enhancing technical support, customer service, our services, and content; performing aggregate, anonymous statistical analysis.
b) The Data Controller will use your information to safeguard its legitimate interests in order to: manage complaints and disputes, recover debts, prevent fraud and illegal activities

CONSENT OF A CHILD
Experanos could collect information from those under 18 during events. During the registration phase, this information must be printed, signed by parents/guardians and/or tutors, and delivered on paper. This prerequisite is mandatory for accessing our services.
The data controller does not knowingly use the service to profile data pertaining to children under the age of 16.

 

PRIVACY POLICY UPDATES
This private policy may be modified periodically and without notice at the sole discretion of Experanos. When a revised policy is posted to a website, it becomes effective.
