EXPERANOS is an independent deep-tech SME based in Athens, Greece. We exist because too much excellent European research stops at the paper: we are the engineering partner that turns validated methods into deployed, measured, exploitable systems.

Mission

Industrialise European AI research

Europe produces world-class AI research and world-class regulation. What it needs more of is the engineering capacity in between: teams that can take a method proven in the lab and make it run reliably, privately and affordably at a hospital, a factory or a public agency. That is the entire focus of EXPERANOS.

We deliberately work at the intersection of machine learning and applied cryptography, because that is where Europe's regulatory strength, GDPR, the AI Act, data sovereignty, becomes a technical competitive advantage rather than a constraint.

Senior people, no bait-and-switch

The engineers who scope your work package are the engineers who build it. We stay deliberately compact for exactly this reason.

Measured, not marketed

Every pilot starts by defining the baseline and KPIs. If a result can't be measured and reproduced, we don't report it.

We treat GDPR and the AI Act as design inputs, not compliance paperwork, solved with cryptography and architecture, not disclaimers.

A compact senior engineering team

EXPERANOS is built around a core of senior AI engineers and researchers with backgrounds spanning machine learning, applied cryptography, robotics and distributed systems, extended by a trusted network of specialist collaborators for project peaks. CVs of key personnel are provided to coordinators during proposal preparation.
