These are the pilot architectures we build and operate in research projects. Each comes with a defined technology stack, measurable KPI framework and a realistic TRL path - the level of concreteness evaluators reward in a demonstration work package.

How we run a pilot work package

Baseline & KPIs

With end-users we define the measurable baseline first, a pilot without a baseline cannot demonstrate anything.

Lab & simulation

Components are integrated and stress-tested in controlled and simulated environments before touching the site.

Operational rounds

Iterative deployment rounds at the end-user site, each with measured KPIs, user feedback and hardening in between.

Evidence package

Final demonstration with documented results, reproducible deployment and an exploitation-ready component set.
